I recently put my Savage 10T-SR in a MDT-LSS and it feels very off balanced. I do not have my optic mounted yet, so that may help. It’s a 26” heavy varmint barrel. Looking at Pre-Fit’s for it and wondering if you’ll have changed a barrel to better balance the rifle. Wondering an ideal length if that’s a thing to help balance it out. Most likely 22 Creedmoor will be the caliber. Thanks!

tubes has just filling
What you would suggest using?

I have used lead bird shot on my 300wm to fill the void under the grip cap on a molded stock.
As much volume as an empty buffer tube has filling completly up with air soft pellets may be enoungh or BB's with some spacer material or suspended in silicone.
Lots of ways to skin that cat.
