I think is a case of where education is important and can help solve the problem. Educate the family of the victims in proper basic techniques such as natural point of aim, how to calm oneself quickly. Learn how to read the wind and what gear is generally best for unknown distances.

What I find interesting is that because of ideology, supposedly educated, sophisticated, modern folks are willing to let a "special" group of folks get away with horrible and terrible things against others, even if those things are truly vile things against children.

Apparently if you are a foreigner and here illegally and are not a pale face, you can do all kinds of crimes and get away with it and anyone demanding you pay for your crimes the same way anyone else would is labeled a "racist".
Lots of "Democrat" and "Liberal" and "rights" type folks will actually go out of their way to protect you from getting punished for your crimes, no matter how horrible.

It's NOT however just in the USA.

Take a look at Western Europe and Canada, it's way worse there, the police actually come to the homes of rape victims and threaten them with prison if they mention who actually raped them.

This is not the kind of sickness of society that you can politely talk your way out of.
The kind of people who want to protect a Child Rapist (and I mean a real child, none of this 16 years old and can set the table type B.S.) just because they want to be pissy to Trump are not normal sane, logical people, nor are they probably going to be able to be rehabilitated.
Folks once upon a time used to know what to do with people that protected rapists...
