I came across 2,000 CCI #41 primers at retail price, which is pretty amazing nowadays. I'm curious to know if I can use them with my Peterson SRP .308 brass. I guess they are a bit "hotter" than regular small rifle primers? Would I have to just adjust the load?

CCI mil primers are "magnum strength". If you're loading near max, back off a little until you see how they do in your gun. They also have a harder or thicker cup to prevent slam fires in guns with floating firing pins.

Sounds good, thanks for the feedback. I am currently shooting 155gr bullets @45gr, which is on the lower end of the scale for the powder I'm using. I'll start at 44 grains and go from there!
