Not sure if this is the right place to post this or not but here are the highlights of our meeting. We have alot of members that are active on the Hide so thought it might be beneficial.

Our December meeting is in the books and was one of our best, most productive meetings to date. A big part of that is due to member Ron Jakaub hooking us up w/a conference room and a buffet. BIG thanks to Ron as he has out done himself two meetings in a row!!

After last nights meeting we are sitting at 68 members!! Only 7 away from the cap of 75 members that we placed on our club last month. Our membership is growing much faster than any of us could have imagined but this a good thing as interest in our sport is expanding rapidily. If you know anyone that is "on the fence" about joining you'd better tell them it's now or never as I suspect we will have to turn down some members at our Jan meeting b/c we will be at our cap of 75 members.

Another exciting developement was the finalization of our plans for the OPPS Club Match Series. Cecil Reeves came up with a great scoring system and we will be having the first match at his place on Jan 7 2012 with our Jan meeting immediatly following the match. The details of this scoring system and how the match series will work is a bit much for me to type out but we will explain it at the match in Jan for everyone who missed out last night. Would also like to give a special thanks to Rich Emmons, who got the farthest traveled award at the meeting last night. He had alot of great input on our match series and was very helpful.

Only downer of the night was news that the land near Gracemont that we thought we were going to be able to lease for a range is a no go. Keep your eyes and ears peeled as we are still looking for some land to lease.

Details on the Jan 7th match to follow.
