Old school rem trigger job?

Have an old school rem trigger. Who and how much for a good 2lbs pull?

Search the net for " Remington 700 Trigger Adjustment" and you should be in good shape for a diy. Also could order a reduced power trigger spring form Wolff Gunsprings.

Nope. Don't even want to DIY. I will call LRI or SAC and send it if they do such things....I guess I will stop being a dummy and just call them.

Any half decent gunsmith can adjust one of those. There should be no reason to ship it off for that. That trigger is really easy to adjust.

Good luck getting 2 lbs outta one. If you do, make sure to keep it pointed downrange.

I adjusted mine, it's really simple. The only thing I don't like is the little bit of initial creep. Without taking the entire assembly apart, I'm not sure how to get rid of that.

The best (and perhaps less expensive) solution is to order a Timney.
