Old ZKK601 .243 WIN - bore pitting - good to use for hunting?

Hello everyone!

I have inherited old ZKK 601 in .243 WIN from 1960's. The gun was used for deer hunting here in the Czech Republic by my grandad. The cleaning was basically non-existent. The rifle itself is in good condition. Bolt looks fine, crowning looks OK. I did not find any rust on the outside of the rifle and only little dents here and there on visible parts. Wood is definitely fine. I did a deep cleaning of the bore - used stuff similar to JB paste, used Boretech Eliminator + Copper remover, ungreased, regreased, many patches of everything. The cleaning took forever, but I think it was worth, now I am left with this (see images). It is unfortunate, heavy pitting, but it is what it is.. I attach the worst parts, but it is like 70% of the bore, 30% is glassier with less issues.. I did not find any visible cracks though.

Is it still usable? Will it be fine as a spare hunting rifle for roe deer and fallow deer for up to approximately 200 yards? Or do I need to get it rebarelled? I understand this will not be a 500-yard precision shooter..

Thanks for your input and sorry for my poor English!

E: Added cartridge information.
