I just annealed my 6X fired brass. Any reason not to use it for 1000 yds match?

Should I just use new brass

once annealed, the neck tension is basically like new brass, use it and let us know how it worked out for you.

Update: the rounds shot great. 16 shots in the X-ring. Unfortunately I dropped 8 points because of my lack of wind reading skills.

loading up some 8x fired 6xc brass for this weekends LR club championship. Not worried about using it at 1000....as long as pockets are good and there is no casehead failures starting, why not use it? Its well formed to my chamber and getting runout that usually stays at .001. Works well.
