So I traded my Rock off and now have 600+ rounds of loaded .308 that doesn't fit in my Beanland.

Can I pull the bullets, dump the Varget into a container and reuse it? Even if the loads were compressed?

Thanks, sorry if it's a silly question.

Do you know why they don't fit ?

Had a friend some years back approach me to pull down a bunch of .270 that wouldn't fit his new rig. After working it over I seated the bullets .025" deeper and solved the problem. His new gun had a much shorter lead.

My point is, is it a headspace problem, COAL Problem ?

Too many variables to consider when playing it safe.

The load is all ready compressed, seating the bullet deeper is a bad idea.

It could be the fact that the brass was only neck sized to be used only in that rifle. It would need to be resized anyway.

Furthmore, the chances of the magic load being the same for both rifles is slim.

Pull the bullets, dump the powder and prep the brass.

Use the pulled bullets and powders for barrel break-in and getting you on paper.
