Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't Henry Fonda in that flick? I remember seeing it when I was 9yrs old and it seems like I remember Henry Fonda being in it but I'm not certain.

Not only in it... it's the only time he ever played the bad guy. And, wow, what a villian. The last scene -- young Bronson vs. Fonda -- is IMHO the best ever in a Western.

Chooter... same director... just different cast. Once Upon a Time was Leone's masterpiece. His last film. Everything he learned from all the Clint movies went into this one.
Another fun one "They Call Me Nobody." Not Sergio Leone, but a tribute to him. And used a lot of his cues.
If you liked the 'watch' shootout at the end of For a Few Dollars More... you will love Once Upon a Time...
Leone was a genius (not that John Ford was any slouch.)

Ever get a chance, rent a movie called "Rustlers Rhapsody" with a very young Tom Berenger, G.W. Bailey and Marilu Henner. This is a satire of the spaghetti westerns and quite hilarious. Even has Andy Griffith(!?) playing an evil cattle baron.
