No worries, there's not a lot of great Aussie retailers, we tend to get ripped off with shooting supplies which is why more and more people are buying from the US. Shooting.com.au will point you in the right direction with regards to the Australian shooting scene.

this is the best value I have found so far after filling out all of the b709 forms for myself and paying for postage I couldn't do it any cheaper

Delta Tactical is a good start for any of your firearm needs.
He just needs to update his website to show the stock he's carrying.
Off subject; I want to sell a bottom floor plate assembly that came off my Rem700. What's it worth?
Bought the rifle new and installed a DBM straight away so it's never been used.
