Rifle Scopes One-piece Mount w/35mm rings +MOA for AR-10?

So, this mount will be holding an 35mm tube with 42mm obj. onto a flattop 308 AR rail. I'm wondering what you all find to be the best height for such a setup. I've been researching this quite and bit, but the most I have achieved is making my own head spin.

I thought of the LT-107, but it doesn't come with 35mm rings, apparently. The Nighforce Unimount gives me the same problem, so I'm leaning toward the SPR-S at 10 MOA and 1.44".

Any other ideas? I'd really like to keep this one-piece, but the QD, I don't really care about one way or the other.

I beleive Desert Tactical Arms (the bullpup guys) offer a unimount with moa for the 35mm optics.

Try a Badger Ordnance AR Rail Riser that comes with 22 MOA of cant, and mount low 35MM rings of your choice on top.

Not exactly one piece, but a clever solution nonetheless.
