Gunsmithing one piece picatinny rail for Bighorn SR3 short action

just got my action in I assumed the action was drilled for Remington bases. had previously ordered one piece rail from talley. guess what does not fit. Dimensions on holes in action are as follows. farthest Front hole to farthest rear hole 5" , the space between two front holes is .850 the same for the two rear holes the space between the inside front hole and the inside rear hole is 3.250 these measurements were taken from inside to inside in the mounting holes so my question does anyone know of a base mfg that makes a one piece 0 MOA rail for that action

Bighorn makes rails, but they only do 20moa for the SR3.

Is there a particular reason you want 0moa?

not going to shoot past 400 yds figured I didn't need a 20 MOA

Fair enough. Which scope do you have or are you planning on getting? Pretty much everything out there should be okay with a 20moa base but might as well double check.

That scope will be totally fine for elevation and 100y zeroing with a 20moa rail.

called bighorn got a 20 MOA coming found out that these base drillings are proprietary

Call Murphy precision. I just built a bighorn and needed 0moa for a European scope.

thx I checked they don't show one for a SR3 action on their website just got the 20MOA in yesterday from bighorn guess ill go with that

Murphy custome built one for same price as normal. Just had to email spacing/hole specs.
