I ordered one of those Bushnell LRHS scopes from GA Precision. I would like to put it on a 6.5 SP-10 and then move it to an AR-15. I have a Spuhr Mount on my bolt rifle and love it. It is expensive. I’m looking to mount the scope in a one piece, QD mount and move from rifle to rifle. The mount must have 20moa cant. What mounts would y’all recommend?

I have mine in a KDG Sidelok which has a very nice QD feature.

They have said they are going to make a sloped piece but so far they haven't.

It looks like it should be able to achieve good eye relief on my AR15s and LR308 type rifles.

Another option that's more versatile is a Bobro compact mount. It's not sloped but it's about the same height as a set of low rings. This will let you clamp it on a bolt action with a sloped rail and then move it to an AR with a sloped riser with proper cheek weld on both.

A Bobro with matching risers can get expensive but it's kind of unique to have something low over the bore on a bolt action that can swap to an AR easily.

The Sidelok doesn't have a 20moa model as I recall. I have two of them, but I an using them in applications where I don't need 20moa (5.56 SPR) and where the rifle has a 20moa base built in (pretty much all of my bolt guns). I'd choose the AD Recon as the best value; I have used them for several years and currently have them on 4 rifles.

Looking at pictures of the Bobro is deceptive.

When you get it in your hands, you'll see the scale of it.

I'm used to lesser mounts. I've seen some Larue, ADM, Burris and Warne mounts. I've never been too impressed. When I got my KDG, I was impressed, the rings are beefy and can be mover to fit your scope, with close fitting locating pins and large fasteners. Later when I got my Bobro I was impressed again, it's every bit as beefy as the KDG and kicks up the quality another notch.

I have full confidence in my Bobro, my KDG is about 98%. I don't think anything else I've ever put my hands on would break 95%.

I haven't seen Spuhr, Nightforce or ARC one piece mounts, those and others might be great, I don't know (I suspect the ARC is awesome).

502, You aren't kidding and nothing speaks the truth like someone with hands-on knowledge of a product. I have been using Nikon's BLACK Series mount for over a year now on 2 different rifles. A Bergara B14 HMR 6.5 CM and a LMT .223 AR. It is a great mount, solid lock up and built tough. A nice deal sponsored by Nikon going on gives you this mount for free when you buy a BLACK FX1000 scope. Nice savings.
