Tom from One source Tactical and crew Hooked me up with Two Glock slides ready to Go,I had them next day air for friday ,UPS did there screw up and didn't make it. One source located them and had it upgraded to Saturday delivery next day air. OST also sent some T shirts and Hat patch for UPS screwing up. Thats realy Nice of them. I am happy to own TSD kit,they are accurate reliable and Improved My hits beyond 40 yards. I was hitting 10" steel at 75 yards and that good for my ability at this time. I cant do that with Iron sights. I do like the night sights better than black sights, I can find the night sights and locate the dot faster.
With night vision the RMR model RM02 2PE1:19 works wonders for shooting with NV! It does bloom a little,But it imposes on the target and I have NO IMPACT shift! works with single PVS14 mounted on non Dominate eye and even better on the dominate eye, Goggle are kick ass with the RMR. soon as My TIRANT can clears I will be doing the coyotes with this system. I have killed more inside 20 yards as of late so this could be Fun.
I Ran 500 rounds threw both guns and had zero malfunctions on the 17 slide, Using the G19 my 12 years old Son chase had a few limp wrist problems and he dragged the slide with his thumb also,I had no issue with the G19 myself.
we fed them TULA ,Remington UMC and Winchester +P+ all zero at 10 yards.
G17 was glock biting my index finger and I had enough so I cut all I could off the trigger guard,This was My first attempt at the glock frame and I did it in 5 minutes total time, I will spend more Time thinking on what Mods next, I want to cut the Finger Grooves off and smooth it all to a GEN1 type texture I think.Between the ASM holsters and NV units I don't have Time to do much to my own stuff. I had two G17 holsters I built for my standard Carry glock, One with X400 and one naked,I molded the sweat guards for the RMR and remolded the end of the LIGHT holster for the threaded barrel, I had to angle cut it to get around a rivet hole, The G17 No light holster was already open in front so minimal trim for the barrel and It carry the G19 or G17 very well.
I will purpose Build holsters around these TSD glocks soon as I get the back log finished with custom holsters,I Plane to offer these as production holsters for Glocks and M&P.
I got to go build some Holsters and tooling,But I wanted to share this with you all thanks for your Time !
