Not only are they still arresting sober people for DUI , this state TN is refusing to answer any questions about why it keeps happening .
This is after over 300 DUI cases in this same state had to be thrown out because the drives were sober . This does not include the ones who took a deal for “lesser charges” and paid hefty fines .
