There's been a lot written on the the T-7, all favorable. It's a fine press.

The SEARCH function on this forum is a bitch. Use the Advanced mode, and click on the Instructions box. If that doesn't work, go to Accurate Reloading and search there.

Re: opinion on redding t7 press

I don't have the Redding, but I do have & use a Lyman T-Mag and have grown to like the turret presses.... My Dillon's do get more work in the progressive department, and my Co-Ax handles all of my single stage work, but my turret press sure isn't collecting any dust! It's currently configured for 9mm & .45 acp, but I also have a second turret set up for .308 & .223..... I've been pleasantly surprised with the minute run-out I'm getting from the turret as I expected it to be much worse.... Having spare turrets allows quick swaps without having to reset my dies....

On a side note, I've never been disappointed with any of the Redding products I've owned or used (most of my dies are Redding)....

Re: opinion on redding t7 press

I just replaced my single station press on the bench with this press today. My initial impressions are very good. I deprimed about 500 cases with it and about a hundred FL sizes. Built like a tank and having all the dies there makes it nice. I own a good deal of RCBS equipment but everything I have bought from Redding has been top notch.
