Looking at the Manners PRS1 or PRS2. Also thinking about an AG Comosites adjustable hunter. Looking for a stiff stock that will shoot well on steel out to 1000 yards. I could possibly do some hunting with it as well but it will be primarily for range shooting. The current stock is an iota which I like as well. The lug fits very tight in the stock and I had to inlet the sides of the lug opening to even get the action in the stock. It’s currently shooting 5/8 to 1 inch groups. I am going to send it out to be inletted. Before I do that I want the best stock option. I can’t tell which one of the manners would be right for me. PRS1 in sage camo. PRS2 in scorched earth. AG adjustable in desert camo or send out my current rig for in letting?

I think the PRS2 is a surgeon inlet. I don’t mind the huge cut for the bolt release or the slight offset of the ejection port as much but the bolt inlet looks crazy. Any thoughts? Guess I might need to put my order in and wait the 6 months for it done right.

I would hit up Manners and ask if they can open the bolt handle up to match the Vector, even clean up the front port (if you buy this stock and ship it to them). I sent my T4A to them for a new color and there were no issues with getting a little clean up work done.

Might be faster than waiting the 6 months for a custom one.

I'd go with a McMillan or their daughter company Grayboe. Talk to them what you need and they'll get it inletted, and customized for your needs and the right contour.
