Looking to get my fiance a new rifle since she wants one. The choices are the rem. vtr, sps tacticle 20" threaded barrel for a brake???, or savage 10FP with factory muzzelbrake. All rifles would be in a .308. Any pros, cons, or any opions appreciated.

Are you 100% dead set that is "has" to be a 308?
If she's hunting with you, then a 308 makes sense.
If she's going to be a bench buddy and fling lead at the range, why not go with 223? Its not like a 77smk wont go far...

Don't know much about the VTR but you can't go wrong with the SPS tactical or the Savage. Just decide which one suits her better.

Yea sorry I should have said she will be using it for hunting. Thats why I said 308. I was just wondering as far as personal experiences with accuracy from each. However, I am aware of every rifle being different.
