The wording of the messages makes me think it’s likely AI driven. I’m curious if there is actually a person involved with the messages from the “ staff “ with that user name

I don’t want to sound like an ungrateful member but I wonder the same thing. They are very annoying.

I reported the messages and asked to be removed from the mailing list.
I got a really stern response from an admin that they're automatic, I can't be removed, and to not report them again, OR ELSE!

Funny enough, I don't think I've gotten another one since then. I'm not saying to do what I did, but...
