Rifle Scopes Optic for scar 17

Hi guys,
One of the Guys at my office is looking to sell his optic for scar 17 for an incredibly low price and he's piqued my interest. I think he's looking to sell to for purchase a Barrett. I'm very interested, but I think of the best optics. I'm thinking about Trijicon ACOG . Any suggestions or input would be greatly appreciated.

If you want a very expensive fixed power scope with horrible eye relief get the Trijicon ACOG. If you want a more functional scope that will give you the best of both worlds get a LPV 1-6 or 1-8.
