Do you find you must readjust the eyepiece focus occasionally?
Is there a best “time” for the visually challenged to set-up they’re scopes, so they stay “right”, such as first thing in the morning when the eyes are rested?

The eye piece adjustment just focuses the reticle. If your prescription changes then you would probably want to change but it wouldn't be a day by day thing.

Setting it is done on max power and parallax and with the scope pointed towards the sky or a white wall etc. Nothing that would have you looking at anything but the reticle. Also when doing it only look at it for a second or two and then shut the eye or look away as the eye will adjust and the setting will be off.

HI Rob - why max mag? Here March says yeah to parallax at infinity but set mag to min. And they even have a paragraph on why min mag.

I have sort of done it both ways....started with fairly low mag and adjust then increase mag to make sure the reticle is still clear and tweek as needed. Yeah, I'm a bit OCD! haha

TBH, I find it more useful to do it as you suggest...max mag...as I found it easier to see when focus hit optimal.

Cheers
