A couple of my friends use them for F class matches and they do ok. They send them back for repair/replacement about every 18 month it seams. I would spend the extra and get a better quality scope that will last a life time like US Optics.

What will be the use of the optic? Target @ 100yds? Target @ 1000yds? Other?
The search function will return lots of valuble info.. probably faster than others will reply. You can also use Google and type in "Sightron Snipershide.com" and lots will come up. Then read, read, read.

Thanks guys! @Hawk45, thanks I didn't think about searching in the forum. I appreciate the advice! I plan to shoot anywhere from 100-1000 yards. I'm hoping to enter into some low level competitions and I would 100-500 yards for hunting. @Tim3gun, I've looked at a Trijicon, USO, and Nightforce and wasn't impressed with the Trijicon (the crosshairs were too thick). The Nightforce was fairly cheaper than the USO; however, still out of my price range at the time. I guess I will just have to save longer and prolong entering those competitions. Thanks again!
