Gunsmithing Optimal Freebore for .223 and 80 ELDM

For those that have gone before me, what is the optimal freebore for running magazine fed 80ELDM’s in .223 REM?

Please respond only if you have experience with this combination.

My magazine limitation is 2.550”.
