How good are these optics?

I was thinking of this one

It says you can get it with a reticle, but doesn't give any more detail than that.

Is there another scope in this price range I should be looking at?

m1a, Have an 18yr. old 20 to 60 collapsable tube Optolyth Scope that has been used alot in just about any condition with no issues. Glass is almost as good as Swarovski. Don't know anything about Optyolyth's warranties or service, but Swarovski is top notch in those areas as well as glass quality.
