I saw that the company was promoting this product in the 24 hour sniper challenge. Has anyone used it? I typically just drink pedialyte when I'm really dehydrated.

Each team got one bag of them. I didn't try it, because I didn't cramp-up, but the guys who did try it said that it worked. Not as well as an IV bag with a shot of dextrose, but when taken with water they said it was better than store-bought electrolyte packets.

Never tried it
If i plan to be in the heat for long periods i'll drink a big V-8 juice the night before and the morning of and drink coconut water mixed 1/2 &1/2 with regualr water

I was at an event this past spring and a couple folks had some serious hydration related issues.
Another participant busted out the Oral IV and hooked them up.
It was effective for them.
I have not tried the product personally though.
