Just retrieved the flat rate box from my mailbox, upon inspection most of the 106pcs. Bobcat sent was TAA07, what is TAA07? Then I got some that say PSD 06, whats that stuff?
Ordered LC 7.62 brass, but got mostly TAA07?

Me too, but it's for a laotian guy at work, he can't find any 308 ammo so he asked me if I could reload for him, I'll do my magic on these and he'll be a happy camper once again. Oh btw, I'm using Hornady Custom FL sizing die with 334 bushing, thought a 336 would work, bullet slides in with no effort.
Got em all sized and in the vibrator cleaning the mink Oil off, they were kind of a bitch to size compared to commercial brass, lucky I have a Lee Class cast press, thing gives me great leverage, dumped some benchmark powder in one of the PSG cases, leveled it off and dumped that into a Lapua case, holds the same amount, so Ill probably go with 46grs 2000MR under a 180 Hornady SP for my little buddy at work.
Sounds like he won't be reloading them many times so if that's the case having a handful of shitty brass in the mix prob wont affect him unless he's gong to try to shoot consistently. The main thing is that the LC has a much thicker web (less case volume) so you'll see a significant difference in pressure between the LC and the shitty brass given the same charge. For the sake of consistency you might consider culling the shit brass, or at least developing a LC only load and loading the shit brass as fouling rounds.
Yeah, if I culled the shitty cases, think you meant the TAA07 cases, Id have about 15-20 LC left. Once I get them all polished, trimmed and I will use a Hornady primer pocket reamer, once it gets here, even if I don't need it, they'll be just like my lapua loads, haha. You know there will be some pics once I get done, right?

If it was advertised as LC brass I'd be pissed off too, I'm on the 4th reload on some poonsang cases for my LR308 & that brass has been holding up surprisingly good with 44.5g of win748 & 150g Fmj's
Thanks, It's ok, got another 30 to trim then I need to ream once my reamer comes in, they're looking pretty good, actually. Cha at work will like em when he see's them.
yeah, if I sort out the TAAs and PSDs I'd have 21 LC leftover, so..........10 more to trim, halftime is coming up.
