I just spoke to Neil about this. He asked the name and obviously from this post I have no idea.
If you purchase something from us, and pay over the phone with a credit card we shred the credit card details once the order is processed. So, if an order is returned Neil reaches out in order to get the credit card info in order to issue a refund. He leaves a message that day and will continue to leave messages until he is contacted back.
If you feel that your return hasn't been handled in a timely fashion just call us. There is only 1 day a year that we are open and both me or my brother Joel are are not here (The 1st Thursday in August we both attend a UCP Fund raiser and are both out all day), otherwise you can always reach one of us.
I do not know the details of "USPS screwed it up and sent it back ", however, the package can always be resent if it was incorrectly returned to us.
We have not been in business since 1957 to not try our best to provide quality service. Are we perfect, absolutely not. Do we try our best, yes indeed. Do we have an off moment or day, yes we do. We are human.
