I ordered them complete in 20 tactical and 223 both 24'' barrels .840 at crown. These barrels are made by PacNor. However, when I went to PacNors site and selected AR barrels it directs me to http://noveskerifleworks.com/ Is this company making the barrels for PacNor or? What kind of accuracy are you guys getting with WOA uppers? Thanks

John Noveske was killed in a car crash last week, not sure when they will be back up and running. Noveske is top of the line stuff. My guess is John turned the barrels from PacNor blanks. I also might be wrong it's happened before a few times. WOA is also top stuff and GTG.

^^ This in a nutshell. ^^

As for WOA uppers, they are some of the most accurate and reliable built! I own/have owned several different complete WOA uppers, including my current service rifle upper and I run several different WOA barrels. They are easily sub-MOA capable (and then some) with the proper ammo and when the shooter does his/her part.

Here is the info from J. Noveske in an interview he did a while back. They aren't exactly Pac-Nor barrels, different steel, different tooling . . . WOA are very accurate and uses a lot of Wilson blanks for AR barrels

Noveske: Our stainless barrels are made partially in ourshop and partially in Pac-Nor’s shop. And, the relationship that I have with Pac-Nor…I used to work there, and now what’s goin’ on is I buy steel, I take it to Pac-Nor, when the guys clock out of Pac-Nor, they clock into our barrel production. They machine my blanks with our tooling, which is all made to our design, including the drills, reamers, button, so forth, so on. They stress-relieve to our recipe, and then they give the barrels back to us, and then we finish them all in our shop.

Crane: What type of stainless are they using?

Noveske: Well, they use 416 project 70. I use a different type of material. </div></div>
