Where is your favorite place to order bullets? I generally use Midway USA...but they seem to be out of my 6.5mm 142 SMK bullets. I don't buy in bulk very often, so I'm looking for packages of 100. I am just wondering where most of you guys buy your bullets, maybe there is someone on the Hide who sells components?

Thanks,
Chance

Re: Ordering Bullets?

Thanks guys...picked some up from Powder Valley. After I made the order I checked back here and then checked Wideners and the bullets were a bit cheaper than Powder Valley. Maybe next time.

They have the 6.5's for 30 and change per 100 in stock. </div></div>

Powder valley has the better price than Midway USA on most items from my experience.

Keep in mind that PVI includes shipping in their pricing. Wideners only includes shipping on large bulk orders.

Re: Ordering Bullets?

Are you sure PVI includes shipping in their listed prices? You may want to check on that. If they do, yeah, it would be some killer prices, but I dont think its the case.

Yea, unless they had a policy change, never got an order from PVI that included shipping.

Hey John, guess you can't shoot a modern rifle worth a crap but them old battle rifles seem to do OK in your hands

Re: Ordering Bullets?

I have stopped using midway and switched to Grafs and Wideners. I get a little faster shipping to my location with Grafs. However I have ordered a few bullets from Wideners lately when I ordered Wolf primers and surplus 4895.
