Grilled elk tenderloin steak with smokehouse maple, garlic and black pepper seasoning, drizzled with a balsamic glaze & broasted potatoes. No room for greens. <g>

My beer had hops in it.

Sweet! Wish I had some elk. Went camping locally on Monday (26 degrees!) and shot my supper. Free range organic hickory and acorn fed squirrel. One of my favorite wild game meats.
