osprey scopes?

I just bought a 10/22 to use as a trainer. Thought about making my pst do double time, but have decided against that. In browsing through scopes found this and was wondering if they are junk or not?

I put one on my savage tr.10-40x. I like it a lot. It's a lot of scope for the .22, but worth it. Very fine crosshairs, good audible clicks. Check this out.
