Tried out a brand of e-cigs to help quit and liked it, was "OK"...the Envy brand..

But I kept reading how GOOD the V2 cig was..so I ordered one...

Little slow on the shipping, they are going through growing pains but it got here yesterday and it's phenomenal........

Exactly like a real smoke, in my mind, minus all the chemicals.

So hopefully this will be the ticket...

The light nicotine is still heavier than I smoke though so I have to smoke LESS with it...otherwise that nicotine headache kicks in.

But if you wondered, the V2 is smooth...

What produces the smoke with these? I was wanting to try them until I went to the mall and found the stuff that makes the smoke is ethylene glycol ( antifreeze ) that's what kept me from trying them. I think they were green cigs. Something like that.

It's not ETHYLENE glycol, it's the same glycol that is used in frosting for cakes and 50 other recipes. It's FOOD GRADE.

There's a big push by big tobacco to get the FDA to regulate these.

It's a vaporizer, the V2 cig produces the best cloud and it tastes and feels like smoke, but it is just water vapor, and nicotine (and a lil glycol).


$2 a pack basically, and no harmful smoke.

It's not 100%, sometimes it's fullfilling and sometimes I want a smoke but if I wait a minute hte feeling goes away......

yeah it is good shit. I have several friends on this. I tried it to quit dipping and the smoking just didn't do it for me.

I tried the nicotine gum years ago and it was like chewing a 2nd grade clay ash tray that never cured.

Tom Bannister turned me on to the Nicorette mini lozenges and I haven't dipped since January. I'm still fully addicted to nicotine but I just tuck a lozenge in where the Copenhagen used to go and I'm good. Get the 2mg. The 4 mg is way stronger than regular Copenhagen and tweaked me out worse. I almost wrecked my truck trying to get to Walgreens one morning after I ran out of the 4mg. I think I scared the cashier. Anyway, vapeing and e-dip is the way to go. Oh, if you swallow a lozenge, expect to be sick just like Cope.

I did my research on this one and spoke with a LOT of people.

The V2 cig is the absolute best - best vapor, longest lasting, longest lasting battery and comes with TWO..

My batteries are lasting TWO days right now, and my filter almost two days - unheard of.

They are supposed to be equiv to a pack of cigs but it's lasting two days instead of one with me.


Yeah I'm quitting too, martial arts and life are more important....

But I was not a heavy smoker, in that I smoked ultra lights - the heavier cigs would just kill me if I smoked one...

I quit cold turkey July 28, 90 after smoking since right outta HS in early 70's.. Was doing 1.5 packs/day when they were $1.35ish/pack. Figured I could waste the money somewhere else. Sure glad I quit then. You will love the smell of tobacco smoke for a yr or more after you permanently quit. A couple yrs into being nic free you will walk by a heavy smoker in a store or smell cig smoke and near gag and wonder if you stunk that bad when you smoked? Yes, you did!!!!! LOL Filthy habit that is soooo stupid to start(but cool then) and sooooo hard to kick.

Oh, Artic, I spelt karate correctly a couple of times, perhaps I could drag my old crippled welfare ass out there and beat ya into submission.

Ive been doing chanticks for almost two weeks. I think its going pretty well but Thought id try the ecigs as well. I picked up a cheap one from the gas station and was really impressed with it. The only down side is i burned through it pretty fast. I'm going to order the V2 and give it a shot.

I like ideal of e-cigs, don't know what brand we use, wife buys them. They are totally harmless to others but they do have a bit of nicotine. But that only affects the user.

Here is where the problem comes in. More and more places, resturants and such are banning e-cigs.

That proves to me what I've always know, banning cigerettes is like banning guns, its about control not cigerettes and guns.

Same thing with chewing, never heard of anyone getting cancer from second hand chew.

Yeah, it's pretty retarded to ban e-cigs. They don't stink like real cigs. they don't have the nasty second-hand effects that real cigs do. So why ban them?

As for dip... Well that's just plain disgusting. Seeing people spit brown turds into a can, or cup, or water glass, or on the floor makes me want to puke.

Now, if you chewers would just swallow your brown slime, then I wouldn't have a problem with you sitting next to me in a restaurant (as I long as I didn't have to listen to your weed-stuffed pie-holes mangling the words on the menu.
