Can someone give me 2 measurements marked in red in the picture. From the start of the taper to the top of the threads and to the tip of the MB/FH. Thanks!

Why not contact Andrew directly at OCL? I’m sure he can give you all the info you need.

The threads should be 22mmx1mm and the O.D. in that area is .860.
