Find an FFL willing to accept from a private person and send it.
If a handgun be sure it's on the approve list. No named AW's off list stuff is ok.
Some FFL's will want a copy of your DL.

The one caveat to the handgun roster is if the person you are sending the pistol to is a family member, then the handgun doesn't have to be on the approved roster list. Also from what I've been hearing is that most FFLs won't accept from individuals out of state and will only accept transfers from other FFLs.
