I dont do this often but wanted to take the time to share some positivity. I recently took delivery of a JJ Rick XL action and noticed that it came with a “blemish” on the bolt from the manufacturing process. I called and spoke to Duncan Davis which provided immediate feedback and assured me the imperfection would not affect performance/function of the rig. At his own suggestion he mentioned that if I wasn’t happy that JJ Rock would take the bolt back and replace it with a new one at no charge...and so they did.
This experience is much different than one I had from another manufacturer(similiar situation different outcome) some time ago and just want to promote Jj rock on here for the wonderful customer service. If anyone does not know about this company or has conducted business with them rest assure they are standing behind their product/customer.
