Hey all - I ordered a can November of last year and it still has not come in yet. I called the ATF and was told that my form is still in the NICS background phase. Has anyone reached out to the NICS division and had success with getting their paperwork moving? If so what route did you use to contact them?

I have a friend in the same "boat". On the advice of the store that he bought the suppressor from, he called our congressmen and there is now a congressional investigation into the matter for him. According the the store, once this happens the purchasers usually see their stamps within a couple of weeks. We will see...

I bought an Omega in October of 2017 and just got it last month. I am guessing you should have it anytime. Believe me, I know how you feel.

I suggest trying to contact your congressman to help and have their office contact ATF/FBI on your behalf to get the ball rolling. I've been pending since early April 18 on two stamps. I contacted my congressman last week and he said he was willing to contact them on my behalf.

I'm handling the transfer on one that has been over a year. Contacted the ATF, and they have no record of it at all. He has to start the process all over again.
