Decent show. Also check out Goliath with Billy Bob Thornton.

Just like all these shows. Starts out GREAT then turns into a soap opera. Too much drama and spider webs of story lines. Not enough action.
Maybe I need to finish season 1 but after the 16 yo genius crime boss story line, I was out.

Billions was good until they made the show all about that gender neutral fucking pos of a character.
I like Paul giamatti’s character, and his wife is hot. Never heard of a psychiatrist working for a hedge fund
The series casting and makeup captures the "White Trash" image so well that I almost felt at home. Ruth and her clan of cross-eyed thieves reminded me of creekers from several places. The gay FBI agents are a nice touch?? Anybody know any gay feds? My favorite character so far is Marty's son. Bought his own AR15, set up his own off shore investment accounts and called the Kansas City Mob to attend Buddy's funeral. Kid has a future if he lives long enough.
Buddy was my favorite. Had a mysterious past that played into the story line and facing death the way he wanted to. I feel the portrayal of the locals is a little heavy handed though. Jason Bateman does an amazing job in this series.
All the characters are pretty good. I thought it got a little slow, but it was still pretty good. It is almost like Marty knows that they are all dead so he is just trying to keep it in the air somehow.

The whole show is a bit dark. My wife is not a fan. She likes romantic comedies. I like em too as long as it is a romantic comedy with Cowboys, and Fighter Planes in it.
