Same as any other polymer. Scuff it up with a sand paper, degrease the hell out of it and paint away.
Yes, or gunkote or cerakote, or krylon....
If it's a bake cure thing, do it at 150-175 for 2-3 hours instead of 350 for 1. Let the alumahyde cure for the full week or whatever before you handle it, as hard as that is to do. Surface prep rules all.
