Not sure if this is the right place or not, but i have a AN/PAQ-4C IR laser and I have a new Energizer battery stuck in the tube and can't get the damn thing out.
I've beat on it and heated it up as hot as I could with a hair dryer and it still won't budge.
Any ideas on how to get the battery out? The only thing I can thing of is getting a long screw and screwing into the battery and trying to pull it out, but really don't want to do that unless i have to.

Re: PAQ-4C Battery Stuck

I bet your screw idea will work, it would work like a bullet puller they use on muzzleloaders. You might drill a small pilot hole first with a long drill bit. It would be ironic to use the old tech to fix something modern. If the battery turns while you're drilling you could get a long piece of a pop can to wedge it while drilling.
