Parker Hale identification

Hey guys,

I have purchased a Parker Hale rifle. I was told it was a Canadian military training rifle. It is a heavy barreled .308 with Parker Hale aperture sights. There are few markings on the gun. Is there a good resource to aid in the identification or can someone assist me? What is the possible worth of this rifle?
Any help would greatly appreciated!

Might want to check on the Milsurps Forum to see if its a #4 Enfield -That is what the DCRA rifles were. Without a pic of the reciever I really can,t tell you! barry
