Great we have another nit wit Maybe Trey and the pos can share notes. And seek advice from Juan Williams you know helpful pointers I'm sure. Fox is going downhill fast too bad. I don't mind fair and balanced I like to know where the other side is coming from. Every so often I'll switch to commie news network or mslsd Just for entertainment purposes. My opinion.

Once Murdock's kid took over it was the start of the slow death of Fox news. Kid is a died in the wool leftist and seems embarrassed about Fox News. MHO, he is slowly dismantling it, but trying to fo so in a manner that will turn a few squishy middle of the roaders left without them realizing it.

As a person who would generally be considered a liberal I am honestly confused by the republicans of the last decade.

For the longest time Reagan was the gold standard of modern republicanism.

Where do you guys place Reagan on the republican spectrum in relationship to your own views?

hiring trash only makes you more filthy . another program i have to stop watching . Guess all that is left is the 20 hrs of commercials that replaced shows on tv yea. as for Pauline Ryan he was nothing at his job collected a check and did no work lasy p .o .s .

So besides local news just trying to keep up with what’s going on around my city, I tend to listen to and watch the “opposition”. I try to listen to the points the other side are making and try to see what they are concerned about since ultimately a compromise through. Negotiation will need to be had.

Now professionally I negotiate and mediate so it’s kind of what I do. But what is the rational of listening to a TV personality who is talking about something from the perspective you already have. It’s kind of like the guy who buys a product and then comes in the hide to ask about it in hopes of receiving confirmation of his decision.

If you already have the same opinion stop listening to it. Listen to someone else and see if any of their concerns or points have merit

All things being equal this is a perfectly reasonable approach.
As you state you watch the "opposition's" news programs to see what/if there is common ground to create a compromise.
After seeing many "opposing" broadcasts do you feel you can compromise with any of these ideals?
Do you feel they are "reasonable" people/ideals?
Do they base their "positions" on reason?
Do they use "logic" to arrive at their beliefs/ideals?
As they claim they are for tolerance do their ideals/positions support this?
