Stopped in to Phoenix Custom Rifles the other day to drop off some work for them. I explained to Keith that I needed one bolt back ASAP for an upcoming P-dog hunt. He asked if I had half an hour of spare time. I watched as he made and installed my new knob so that I could leave with it. You just can't beat service like that.
