Suppressors Personal Silencer - transfer to trust

Hey guys, I recently formed a trust with some family members and close friends for the purpose of purchasing NFA items. I personally own a GEMTECH Multimount that I would like to add to the trust. Do I have to go through a dealer to transfer this or is there a different form available for this sort of thing? Let me know if you've done what I'm trying to do and what was involved. Thanks!

If its the same state just use a form 4 to transfer it to your trust and pay the $200. If the trust is not in the same state, items must transfer to a dealer in That state first.

In-state: no dealer, just a Form 4 between parties. Out-of-state: Form 4 to a dealer in the receiving state then Form 4 to the new owner.
