we got 23 pheasants and 6 quail, and had a blast doing it

Wild birds? It is poor hunting everywhere I have looked and heard of this year unless you go up north to SD

Pretty hard to beat SD if you fancy a pheasant hunt.

+1 on SD. Been hunting north of Pierre for a number of years now and never fail to limit each day in a few hours. Many times done before lunch even when you start hunting at 10:00 AM. Best thing is they are all wild birds.

shot them at a place in Missouri
