Gunsmithing Phoenix area gunsmith

Re: Phoenix area gunsmith

Talk to Jake at Don's Sport Shop in Scottsdale (Mcdowell & Haydon). I have NOT had any work done by him yet but have seen some of his work and it looks good. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions.
Also try The Weapons Works in central Phx (19 ave & Glendale). Can't remember his name but he did a trigger job for me years ago and I was very happy with his work.
Scottsdale Gun Club has a smith too. Never had any work done there so can't vouch for them.
Nelson Ford @ The Gunsmith (32st & Shea) is great too but he primarily works handguns.
Look up www.shooting-hunting.com and do a search for gunsmiths in phx and you'll find a couple of pages. It seems like an old list as I know a few of the contacts are bad or out of business.
Good luck,
T
