I've been playing around with the PhoneSkope and the SkopedVision for awhile now. The PhoneSkope as a lot of you guys already know is awesome! I think it's a must whether your hunting or practicing shooting. The SkopedVision is also awesome! You can use it in many applications, hunting, shooting, and training. It is extremely helpful while teaching kids.
Lets see some of your favorite pics!! P.S. the mountain lion and elk is one of my all time favorites.

Are there any revisions or tweaks to the original mounting setup for this product?

I purchased one on the pre-order/pre-release promotion so we could use it for class and instruction purposes. We have found it difficult to get into a normal head position and/or get a full FOV when shooting. Different scopes and users experience the same issue. Perhaps our Cro-Magnon skulls aren't mainstream enough. :)

The quality of materials and construction seem to be top notch but the geometry and space it uses is wrong for us unless we can figure out a change.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

They have a 15% off special for the holidays. The code is HOLIDAY15, I just ordered the Full kit. It looks like they ship fast also as I just got a tracking number.

I have a PhoneScope and love it for trying to catch my trace with the spotting scope.

Percision Rifle Network uses something similar called the Side Shot Scope Cam in several of their videos and it seems to work really well. Here's one to give you an idea:

I had the same issue @Terry Cross. I thought it was because I tried using it on a left-handed set up. LOL. I heard a while ago there was a mod in the works for lefties so I'm patiently waiting.

Does it work well when zooming in?

Any tunneling?

Curious to see a few videos zooming in and out. Asking about the skope vision

You actually zoom it a bit in order to get a good picture, but you can go to far. If you do then you will be able to see the borders of the camera. Still good video though.

Thanks for the heads up.

The one I has been sitting on the shelf since the week it arrived and was never used for it's intended purpose. Would I be able to send this one in for a retro fit or purchase whatever parts are different so I can get some R.O.I. ?

I texted you yesterday... at least I think i did. We will get it taken care of for ya.

Here’s the video of my 6 year old son shooting his first buck using SkopedVision. It has been invaluable for both him and me with teaching him how to shoot.

The only down side is I’m using them on left handed guns and you have to rotate the phone to about 3-4 o’clock to be able to manipulate the bolt. No big deal for him bc he shoots righty but the phone hits me in the face under recoil.

When we use it on his Ruger RPR 22 it works like a dream. I’m hoping the updated version will eliminate this problem.

My apologies if I'm misunderstanding, but...

So, you're the vendor? Man, just say so up front, we don't mind. But it seems dishonest to come in saying you've been "playing around with it for a while," "They're awesome," and "we use it a lot." I reckon you do if it's your product!

Your post seems crafted to sound like an unbiased consumer who has a good testimonial on a product he has found and been using in the field. Sorry, but that rubs me the wrong way. There's no need for deception. Just say, "Hi, I'm _____, this is my product, it's awesome and you ALL need one and here's why."

That said, I'm still interested in purchasing the product, which is how I found this thread.

We do marketing and PR for companies. One of the great companies we help is Phone Skope. I actually run all the shooting/ MIL / LE programs for them.

The first post was actually made from one of my team members that has been using the products so we can give good factual feedback to you, the customer. Our team does all sorts of testing and evaluation.

Sorry if it came across wrong... Cole Quarnberg President Team POI

Fair enough. It just comes across as crass marketing (to me at least) if your affiliation isn't up-front with everyone in the glowing testimonial, and then comes out halfway down the thread when someone reports a problem with the product.

Anyway, thanks for the clarification.

The first post was his own personal feedback, then it kind of morphed. We apologize if it was misleading at all.

Have a great new year!
