Photo upload to the photo gallery?

I feel like a complete retard cause no matter what I do, I can't upload a pic to the photo gallery. It;s a JPG, 400x600, under 1mb. Tried a bunch of things but no dice.

(And would be nice to have in the photo gallery ; )

I was able to do it the very first time I tried and have not been able to do it again since... I don't know what the hell I did the first time. I know how you feel.

Not me. Seems this site is getting very bogged down and slow. At times pages time out before they can be loaded. Same thing with trying to upload pics that are otherwise within the required parameters. VERY FRUSTRATING.
