I heard that Magpul came out with a case for the iPhone. I don't own an iPhone so I have no use for one, just curious to see what they came up with. Anyone seen a pic? My search has come up empty.

They were giving em away at SHOT. Wish I knew you were looking for one. I only grabbed one for Badd Karma.

I wish I needed one Bro. Until Verizon picks up the iPhone I'm sticking with my Crapberry. I'd love to have one though.

My Brother has one and raves about it. I'd love to have one and if Verizon doesn't have the iPhone when it's time for a new phone I will probably go with the Droid.

My wife has threatened to cut off one of my balls if I buy another new phone before I've had this one for two years.

AAC gave away a shit ton of Magpul pmags in 7.62 and 5.56 at their party on tuesday night. I came away with at least six 308 pmags!

That iphone case is pretty slick!

I too would like to know if it covers the screen or if it just encases the sides and back. If those in the know could give us some info it would be greatly appreciated.

Since I'm Verizon, I run a Palm Centro, and the only thing I can say is for hard use, Otterboxes rule!
The Magpul "case" is the same as the pink shells chicks at the mall have on their iPhones, just tacti-cool.
They make some good stuff, but if his doesn't mount an iPhone to a rifle in a shock-isolated manner its just GI Jewelry.

darn i was hoping they covered the front somewhat...but for 10$ i figured they didnt. however hey still look nice and if it covers the ports it would still be a "nice" case that might be thinner than the otterbox but i dont think it would protect near as much....still tacticool though haha

IMHO, Otterbox for iPhone is a great case. It really will protect your phone from most all hard knocks.
But, also MHO, the belt clip carrier is junk. I carried my iPhone almost 6 months before I got the Otter and never dropped it. I have inadvertently knocked it out of the Otterbox belt clip more times than I can count since then.
If anyone out there makes a better carrying case for the iPhone/Otter combination please let me know. I would really like to see swiveling clip on back of something fashioned after a Kydex mag pouch.

I had the same problem... contacted Otter and they told me they had redesigned the belt carrier so the phone would not pop out so easy. Sent me a new one free of charge! It looks like the tensioning devices have been beefed up, and IT IS VERY SECURE!!! Give them a call... they had mine out to me within 3-4 business days! Great customer service!

Great info. I love my Otterbox, but the phone falls out of the clip daily. Thanks.

I emailed Otterbox asking if there was a fix to the loose belt clip. The responded that a revised clip was developed, due to all of the complaints of how loosely the original help the phone. They asked for my info and advised that a new one would be shipped at no cost to me.
