I'm sure this has been covered, but my search skills seem to be lacking this morning. How do I get a length of pic rail mounted to the bottom of an AICS?

Here is what I did. I took the existing sling swivel off and attached a section of rail for my atlas. I drilled one hole and tapped it for a screw. The other screw is in the existing rail with a nut on the back. Any questions let me know.
