Picatinny rails?

Just wondering who make the picatinny rail on the McMillan TAC rifle ranges?

My TAC300 came with a rail but replaced it with a Badger rail. The slots on the rail did not line up with my other rails so I replaced it. I 'll check to see if there are any manufacturer marks on it.
